'Miguel Santiago "AKA" DJ BORICUA , was born in Yabucoa , P.R. and was involved with music since his early days, After joining the Marine Corps and traveling the world he started to work in small nightclubs in Okinawa Japan and other cities around his Military bases, after being part of the biggest Latin Nights in Camp Lejeune, N.C. It was time to move on and after Leaving his Military Services he decided to develop his DJ Services and extend his talent to the Radio Market were LA EXPLOSION LATINA Radio show started in 2002 in Syracuse NY, catering to the Latin Communities of Central NY. and Having Latin Nights at the local bars and restaurants of the area the rest is history on the making.
